BOTANICAL MOCKTAIL RECIPES

MOCKTAIL 1
Aloe

Ingredients

 

  • 50 ml Aloe Vera Juice

  • 40 ml Apple Juice

  • 25 ml Pomelo Juice

  • 30 ml Lemon Juice

  • 100 ml Ginger Beer

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 Apple slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  2. In a shaker, combine Aloe Vera Juice, Apple Juice, Pomelo Juice, and Lemon Juice.

  3. Shake well until thoroughly mixed.

  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

  5. Top up with ginger beer.

  6. Garnish with a slice of apple on the rim of the glass.

  7. Serve and enjoy your refreshing drink

Mocktail 2
Passiflora

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Passion Fruit Juice

  • 25 ml Dill Juice

  • 50 ml Pomegranate and Apple Juice

  • 10 ml Apple and Bay Leaf Syrup

  • 10 ml Lemon Juice

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 Bay leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a coupette glass with ice cubes.

  2. In a shaker, combine Passion Fruit Juice, Dill Juice, Pomegranate and Apple Juice, Apple and Bay Leaf Syrup, and Lemon Juice.

  3. Shake vigorously until well mixed.

  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared coupette glass.

  5. Garnish with a fresh bay leaf placed delicately on top.

  6. Serve your Refresher and enjoy the unique flavor combination!

Mocktail 3
Basilicum

Ingredients

 

  • 4 Basil Leaves

  • 1 Sprig of Dill

  • 25 ml Coconut Water

  • 50 ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 100 ml Grapefruit Soda

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  2. Tear the basil leaves and add them to the glass.

  3. Add the sprig of dill to the glass.

  4. Pour in coconut water, grapefruit juice, and grapefruit soda.

  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

  6. Serve your Basil Grapefruit Spritz with a refreshing sprig of dill for garnish.

  7. Enjoy the citrusy and herbaceous flavors!

Mocktail 4
Citrus

Ingredients

 

  • 4 Cucumber Slices

  • 8 Mint Leaves

  • 50 ml Lemon Juice

  • 100 ml Grapefruit Soda

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 Mint leaf (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a coupette glass with ice cubes.

  2. In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves.

  3. Add lemon juice and shake well.

  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared coupette glass.

  5. Top up with grapefruit soda.

  6. Garnish with a mint leaf.

  7. Serve and enjoy the refreshing taste.
